Welcome to Elite Safehaven Hills! We have a horse ranch in the beautiful Hills of Norco, CA. In the calm climate of Southern California. I have been raising Nigerian Dwarf Goats since 2004. After purchasing some as pets in 2002. I wanted a smaller breed of goat and after researching I fell in love with the miniature breed: Nigerian Dwarf. Back then I only started with one pair and enjoyed them as pets and home milkers. Nigerian's produce some of the highest butterfat % which is great for butter and cheese making. I used their milk to make cheese, butter, ice cream, and even goat milk soaps. I used their goat milk in my homemade lotions & beauty products. I quickly fell in love with their sweet and charming personalities. One of our favorite foundation kids "Duke" (pictured to the right- at 12 years old) was raised with my two children and was their protector. He was the reason we fell more in love with this breed and decided to grow our herd. He was amazing and didn't know he was a goat! He was defiantly a family member, and his passing was heartbreaking. Now, 20 plus years later I have grown and developed our small ADGA foundation
herd to excel in the show ring and milking pail. We have many great lines in our herd including: Castle Rock, Algedi Farms, Rosasharn's, Urban Acres, Curbstone Valley, Alethia, Dill's, and Old Mountain Farm, Winning Streak, and Agape's Prize. My daughter started showing goats in 4-H in 2017' and fell in love with showing goats. 2023 will be our 6th year showing our ADGA Plus herd. I do have many years of knowledge with raising Nigerians, but showing was a whole new level. We were fast learners and enjoyed every moment of the life in the show ring. I hope to help pass what I have learned over the years to others that are just starting out. We all learn something new everyday! We thrive to improve our herd each year, based on the ADGA scorecard and what we learn from our appraisers at our yearly LA sessions. See you in the show ring!
All of our Dairy Goats are Registered with American Dairy Goat Association ( ADGA) We are members of ADGA Plus. Which means we participate in DHIR Milk Testing as well as Linear Appraisals. We're a performance tested herd. We are also members of the American Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Association (ANDDA) and Southern California Dairy Goat Association (SCDGA) Our herd is tested Yearly for CAE,CL, Johnes, Q Fever and Brucellosis. *All test over the years have Always been negative. We have our herd Sires DNA tested & Alpha S1 Casein tested. Our herd is also microchipped. We actively show our herd at ADGA sanctioned shows. We have had lots of success thus far in the show ring and have had a few championships. We look forward to the upcoming show seasons.

Most our keeper goats are also double registered with both ADGA and AGS Registries.
